By accessing or using REVA via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Flows, or our website reva-realty.com, you agree to these Terms. REVA is a WhatsApp-based CRM for real estate brokers. If you do not agree, please do not use REVA.

1. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

  • Provide accurate business information.
  • Use REVA only for lawful real estate business purposes.
  • You are responsible for all inventory, leads, and data you upload.
  • You agree NOT to: spam, scrape, attempt to access other tenants' data, send abusive/illegal/false/obscene content, reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt REVA or its Flows.

2. Privacy & Data Usage (Summary)

We collect your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, messages, and business data (inventory, leads) you provide. We use it to provide CRM features like search, availability updates, lead management, daily reports, and Broker Collab. We do not sell your data. Your data is encrypted and isolated per tenant and never visible to other brokers unless you explicitly choose to share via Broker Collab. See full Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

3. Intellectual Property

REVA, its software, Flows, design, and branding are owned by P13Tech. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the service. You may not copy or distribute REVA without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

REVA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free AI search results. Please verify critical deal information independently. REVA is not legal, financial, or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, P13Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. WhatsApp/Meta is not responsible for REVA's service.

5. Termination & Changes to Service

You can stop using REVA anytime by sending STOP or blocking us on WhatsApp. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security/legal reasons. We may update features and these Terms. Material changes will be notified via WhatsApp or website. Continued use means acceptance.

6. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Pune, Maharashtra.
