Privacy Policy — REVA

1. What We Collect
Phone number, WhatsApp profile name, messages sent to REVA, business data (inventory, units, pricing, leads, requirements), Flow inputs, and usage logs.
2. How We Use It
To operate your CRM on WhatsApp: inventory management, prompt & form search, availability updates, lead management, daily status reports, and Broker Collab matching.
3. Data Isolation & Security
Multi-tenant isolation. Every user's data is encrypted (AES-256) and completely isolated. One user's inventory/leads/conversations are never visible to another unless both brokers accept a Broker Collab connection. WhatsApp chats are E2EE by WhatsApp.
5. Retention & Deletion
Retained while account is active. You can request deletion at contact@p13tech.com. Data deleted within 10 days of termination.
6. Your Rights & Opt-Out
Opt-out anytime by sending STOP on WhatsApp. Request access/correction/deletion at contact@p13tech.com.
7. Third-Party Policies
Use is also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Terms.
